Introduction

With this Add-on, you can print previous outstanding balance in an invoice. It will act as a reminder for the customer. It also helps you to make sure that the credit is under limit.

This Add-on supports Credit Note, Debit Note, Delivery Note, Journal, Payment, Purchase, Purchase Order, Receipt, Receipt Note, Sales voucher.

 

Setup Guide

1. Enable Option in Voucher Type Master

  • Gateway of Tally -> Accounts Info. -> Voucher Types -> Print Previous Balance Left Or Print Previous Balance Right

  • By enabling this option you can print the Balance detail in left hand side of both simple and comprehensive invoice


  •  Print Sales Voucher Configuration


  • Print Party previous balance for simple invoice

  • Now, Set “Yes” to the options “Print Previous Balance Right”


  • Print configuration for comprehensive Invoice


  • Print Preview of comprehensive Invoice with party previous balance
