This add-on enables you to allow attach the relevant documents at the master level in Tally.ERP 9 . The documents can be viewed at the report level.
Attach document at Master level :-
This feature enable to attach the document in master level ,as well as it enables the path for folder where actual document is stored
Procedure :-
- Go to gateway of Tally > Account info
- Go to Ledger >Alter
- Select the ledger to enable to the path to attach the documents
- Enable the documents path as YES
- File path will be the path the document is stored
- Select the documents which needs to be attached
- Click Accept to save the changes made in the ledger
- Click on ALT+F10 to view the documents attached in the ledger
Attach document at Voucher class level :-
This feature enable to attach the document in voucher class level ,as well as it enables the path for folder where actual document is stored
Procedure :-
- Go to Gateway of Tally >Account info
- Click on voucher types
- Click on Alter
- Select the voucher types where the documents should be attached
- Select the path where the documents is stored
- Click on accept to save the changes
- To attach the documents in the voucher class
- Click on the voucher class eg. Purchase voucher class
- Click on Set or Alter documents path YES
- Select the documents to be attached
- Click on Accept to save the changes
- The documents that can be viewed through Day book or respective ledger
- Go to Gateway of Tally >Display >Daybook
- Click on F10 to view the documents being attached
