Download And Installation of the Tally.ERP 9 Release 5.x

- Take back up of the data of the previous release
- Type www.tallysolutions.com\download in your Web Browser. Click on download.
- click on the Tally Erp 9->Download for later
- Here the setup file is getting downloaded.
- Once Downloaded, Click on Show in folder.
- Right click on the setup file and RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR
- Once Setup file opens, Enter the path where you want to install Tally.ERP 9 to be installed
- Advanced Settings Screen appears. Enter the path where you want to store the Tally data.
- Click on Accept.
- TALLY.ERP 9 is being installed.
